Pottawattamie County Board of ReviewThe Assessor's Office accepts petitions to the Board of Review protesting 2026 assessed values from April 2 through April 30. Petitions should meet certain conditions detailed on the protest form available at both the Assessor's Office and here (protest form). The Board of Review now accepts petitions via electronic filing. The Board of Review is composed of 5 respected members from the community: John Edwards, Vice Chairperson Gary Thien, Chairperson Norma Bolton, Tamara Brunow, and Dan Krauel.
